Valmi olive oil is produced from fresh olives from the Elbasan area, collected only mechanically and processed within 24 hours of harvesting. Valmi oil preserves all the nutritional values, rich in antioxidants, vitamins E & K and unsaturated fats (mainly oleic acid). The acidity level is below 0.3%. Storage and packaging is done according to European Union standards.
