This Rose wine is produced by selection of the native grapes Serina that exhibit the distinctive qualties and the cool climate of which they were grown. The special production methode together with the grapes skin fermentation process for a short period of time brings this wine with light pink color and a typical fruit flavor. Preferred with seafood as well as pastries. Recommended to be served at temperatures between 9-10 °C.
