Permet Saze (white debina) an autochthonous variety of Southern Albania and grown especially in Permet, is harvested by hand by the locals at an altitude of 250 meters along the Vjosa River. A soft and silky acidity, accompanied by a unique stone fruit minerality! Pleasant aromas of apple and citrus, as well as flavors of vanilla, pear and beeswax filled with tropical fruit and white flowers.
