Moskat brandy is obtained from the Moskat Hamburg grape variety. Pre-processing is carried out with a modern Italian technology. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers at controlled and relatively low temperatures, to preserve the aromas obtained during fermentation.
The obtained distillate goes through the treatment process at low temperatures and a final filtration. It is consumed at a temperature of 5-10°C. Distilati stazhionohet jo më pak se 6 muaj në enë inoksi.
